A technician who visited us recently to repair our Steenbeck had a
really nifty gadget with him that i'd never seen before. It was a
smallish plastic jar topped with a gently concave, metal reservoir
about the size of a nickel with a tube leading down to the solvent.
By tapping the top down, a small amount of solvent would be pumped
into the reservoir where it could be conveniently dabbed at with a Q-
tip or toothbrush or film cleaning tissue. A hinged lid flips down
over the reservoir so when you're not using it the solvent doesn't
evaporate or make the air toxic.
He of course bought it ages ago, and I haven't had any luck at the
hardware stores I've tried. Does anyone know who made these or where
I can get one?
